How to Track Your Order
1. Find Your Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and shipping details.
2. Enter Your Tracking Number
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s tracking page.
3. Follow Your Package
Check the latest available updates and follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Haven’t Received Your Tracking Information?
If you’ve received an order confirmation but haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your order may still be in the processing stage.
Please allow some additional time for your order to be prepared and handed over to the carrier. Once your package has been shipped, tracking information may also take some time to become active.
Tracking Hasn’t Updated?
Sometimes tracking information does not update immediately after a package has been shipped. It may take a little time for the carrier’s system to scan and update your shipment.
Tracking updates may also take longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high shipping volume.
